West Elm + Lab is an app designed for consumers to use while shopping in the store. They will be placed on work tables where consumers will be able to customize their choice of furniture digitally while sampling different textiles in the store. Additionally, the app also allows consumers to view their digitally-customized furniture in a virtual room to get a better idea of what it will look like before making a purchase.
